Job Responsibility
- Treatment Planning: Independently develop personalized treatment plans using proprietary 3D software with high precision and efficiency
- Case Analysis: Review patient recordsâincluding scans, x-rays, photos, and prescriptionsâto design clinically appropriate treatment strategies
- Tooth Movement Design: Determine tooth positioning and movement stages in line with internal clinical protocols for optimal outcomes
- Collaboration: Partner with Quality Control and clinical teams to refine treatment plans, ensuring alignment with both internal standards and doctor requirements
- Working Hours : Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
- Open to Fresh Graduates : No experience needed â newcomers are welcome
- Language Requirement : Fluent Mandarin is essentialEnglish proficiency is a plus
- Probation Structure :Total probation is 3 months, with 1 month of training included
- Educational Background :- Minimum qualification: Diploma in any discipline
- Annual Leave (AL): Begins after probation â 8 days initially, with 1 additional day for each completed year of service
- Medical Coverage: Provided under AIA, including access to panel clinics and hospitalization benefits
- Probation Period: Total of 3 months, inclusive of approximately 1 month of onboarding/training
- KPI During Training: Performance indicators will be monitored and applied throughout the training period
- Statutory Contributions: Full compliance with EPF, SOCSO, and all Malaysian employment laws as a public listed company
