Job Summary
Oversee and manage retail store design & renovation works for new, refit and close stores. Responsible for managing budgets and schedules. Coordinate with Procurement, Design and Fit-Out Team to ensure smooth handover of stores.
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible to plan, manage, co-ordinate store renovation works for new, refit and close stores
- Work closely with Property and Fit-Out team to execute new, refit and close stores
- Manage design and approval process with internal and external stakeholders
- Review contractor, supplier to ensure quality, cost efficiency and compliance with company design & standards
- Manage relations with Landlords
- Plan, Manage and Track CAPEX for new, refit and close stores
Qualifications
- Possess minimum Bachelor Degree in Architecture, Project Management, Construction Management or related field
- At least 3 - 5 years in Project management in Store renovation experience in retail industry
- Strong Project Management skills
- Ideally to have design background in merchandising or interior design with knowledge of design software (AutoCad)
- Proactive, think out of the box, have good leadership skills
- Embrace a can-do attitude and believe in team spirit
