Job Summary

Oversee and manage retail store design & renovation works for new, refit and close stores. Responsible for managing budgets and schedules. Coordinate with Procurement, Design and Fit-Out Team to ensure smooth handover of stores.

Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible to plan, manage, co-ordinate store renovation works for new, refit and close stores
  • Work closely with Property and Fit-Out team to execute new, refit and close stores
  • Manage design and approval process with internal and external stakeholders
  • Review contractor, supplier to ensure quality, cost efficiency and compliance with company design & standards
  • Manage relations with Landlords
  • Plan, Manage and Track CAPEX for new, refit and close stores

Qualifications

  • Possess minimum Bachelor Degree in Architecture, Project Management, Construction Management or related field
  • At least 3 - 5 years in Project management in Store renovation experience in retail industry
  • Strong Project Management skills
  • Ideally to have design background in merchandising or interior design with knowledge of design software (AutoCad)
  • Proactive, think out of the box, have good leadership skills
  • Embrace a can-do attitude and believe in team spirit
