Company Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Planning Executive located in HS Aerosystem Sdn Bhd located in Sendayan Techvalley, Negeri Sembilan. Responsible for day-to-day tasks related to planning and coordinating activities to meet operational goals and objectives.

Role Description

• Analyze production schedules and forecast material needs based on Master Production Schedule, secondary role to support production planning activities.
• Generate Purchase Requests for material orders.
• Maintain accurate material planning parameters in the ERP/MRP systems.
• Identify potential material risks and develop mitigation plans.
• Collaborate with multi-function team to ensure manufacturing operations can proceed on time, within cost targets and in compliance with strict aerospace standards.

Qualifications

• Degree in Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations Management or equivalent
• 2-5 years working experience in material and/or production planning in a manufacturing company
• Experience in using excel and ERP/MRP systems for material and/or production planning
• Familiarity with manufacturing environments preferably in regulated industries (automotive or aerospace)
• Familiar with Microsoft Excel – mid to advance level functions
• Competent in Spoken, Reading and Writing in Bahasa Melayu, English, Mandarin (candidate will need to be stationed in China for few weeks for knowledge transfer)
