This role will be supporting the CEO in building the Group towards business launch, securing Series A funding and regulatory approval for insurance license, with special focus on driving recruitment, coordination with external legal help for the Group’s legal needs, including shareholder/founder agreements, regulatory licensing and commercial contracts.
Responsibilities:
- Act as HR Director and work closely with the Co-Founders to plan and execute the Group-wide recruitment strategy.
- Initiate development of the Group’s HR policies, and drive the Group’s initial compensation, rewards & employee benefits program, payroll
Finance & Office Administration (60%)
- Act as Finance Director to lead the Group’s financial management, including but not limited to expense/cash flow management, tax, government grants and payroll matters.
- Lead office administration, including office rental and procurement matters, and work with CEO on new office planning.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Finance, HRM, Business, and/or related business experience;
- 10 years of relevant experience in a similar role;
- Well-versed in Microsoft Excel;
- Able to work under pressure and remain resilient;
- Willing to work in a start-up environment
