In your new role you will:

• Assist in crunching the data (especially remedy) to help us to reduce the number of Remedy tickets and also identify any reoccurrences MI for the past 2-3 years
  

Your Profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering
• CGPA must be at least 3.0 and above
