Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Logistics team as an Engineer/Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and planning warehouse activities, ensuring smooth operations in the CKD warehouse and receiving areas. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the timely and efficient receiving of materials, inventory control, and optimizing warehouse space.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage warehouse activities to achieve targets and ensure smooth daily operations.
• Supervise the receiving of CKD call-ins and containers from forwarders to prevent production disruptions.
• Oversee the proper allocation and utilization of warehouse bays.
• Control and manage CKD inventory according to requirements and support the yearly stock count.
• Manage returnable rack inventory, ensuring availability and compliance with warehouse requirements.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by your superior.

Qualifications/Work Experience:

• Must have a recognized degree in a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in an executive role.
• Knowledge and experience in warehouse management.
• Proactive, results-driven, able to multitask, and strong problem-solving skills.
• Skilled in team engagement, delegation, and motivation to achieve results.
