Job Responsibility
  • Executing tasks related to each entities companies.
  • To generate reports to analyse company/ department work performances.
  • To draft agreements for company collaborations.
  • To record / follow up meetings action items.
  • To sync up the linkage and communications between the subsidiaries of Vince Group.
  • Managing Director's branding and social media account.
  • Such other scope as may be determined by the Employer from time to time.
Job Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma and above.
  • Fresh graduates also encourage to apply.
  • Mandarin speaker would be advantage.
  • Pleasant personality, polite and tactful.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Passionate in Marketing would be advantage.
  • Good at computer usage eg: Microsoft Office and Microsoft Excel
