Key Deliverable
- Implement the company's HR strategy. Attracting, managing, developing and retaining the talents needed to achieve current and future business goals.
- Responsible for organizing, identifying, and evaluating the company's HR policies and procedures, prevent and reduce internal risks in human resources through improvement.
- Guide, evaluate, and develop a professional HR team, and ensure that the division work meet company's expectations.
- By understanding the current and future expectations of each business unit and department, analyze and communicate the HR policy support that each department may need to meet the company's expectations.
- Ensure that the human resource management system complies with the requirements of Quality, EHS, CSR and other systems.
- Devising employee performance mechanism and ensure a healthy and productive working environment.
- Handle any employee relation related cases.
Essential Requirement
- A minimum of 10 years working in an HR function, with at least 5 years being in managerial capacity.
- At least 3 years working in a manufacturing/production focused environment.
- Extensive Experience in handling Recruitment, Performance Management and Employee relation.
- Must be fluent in English, Bahasa and Chinese.
