Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Support Executive located in Bandar Bukit Raja, Klang. The Business Support Executive will perform :

• To managing licensing processes, coordinating with regulatory bodies.
• Liaise with regulatory bodies such as SEDA, ST, CIDB, MGTC, etc and ensuring compliance with all legal requirements.
• Overseeing project timelines and maintaining communication with stakeholders also follow up on approval status, address feedback from authorities and ensure all conditions are fulfilled

Qualifications

• Analytical Skills and Research Capabilities
• Experience in Business Support and Administrative Assistance
• Proficiency in Licensing and Compliance processes
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficiency in Communication and Customer Service skills
• Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
• At least Diploma in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field
• Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
