This role is a mix of IT operations, governance, risk management (GRC), cybersecurity, and data analytics. The primary focus is to analyse IT gaps, improve processes, ensure compliance, and support business continuity. 

The candidate will act as the execution arm of the Head of Department (HOD), translating strategic insights into operational improvements. 

Requirements✔ 8+ years experience in IT operations, data analysis, risk management, audit, OR compliance 
✔ Strong knowledge of IT governance, risk management, and cybersecurity 
✔ Expertise in data analytics & visualization tools (Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint) 
✔ Experience with business continuity planning (BCP) & disaster recovery 
✔ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder collaboration skills
