Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement operational strategies aimed at driving business growth and improving efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, finance, operations, and partnerships, to execute strategies that yield measurable results.
• Identify, design, and launch innovative programs that align with GEP&aposs mission and strategic objectives.
• Establish and nurture strategic partnerships to effectively deliver both new and existing programs.
• Oversee operational logistics for programs, ensuring seamless implementation and an exceptional participant experience.
• Actively engage in program activities to support faculty and improve operational effectiveness.
• Create impactful marketing materials to effectively promote programs and initiatives.
• Participate in sales and promotional activities to drive revenue growth.
• Leverage AI-driven solutions and digital tools to enhance productivity and streamline processes.
• Conduct performance analysis, generate insightful reports, and recommend actionable improvements.
• Serve as a liaison across departments, ensuring clear communication and coordination of initiatives.
• Travel frequently to various locations to oversee and implement programs and initiatives effectively.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• 2–3 years of experience in business, operations, growth, marketing, or a related field, with a proven record of delivering results.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, Management, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
• A demonstrable passion for education, enrichment, and youth development.
• Proven success in managing and executing projects of varying scales.
• Strong interest and aptitude for utilizing AI and digital technologies for operational efficiency.
• Excellent interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently.
