• The role is served as APAC centralized hub for HR support, standardized communications and guidance;
• Responsible for leading the team that responds to employee inquiries regarding payroll, benefits, pay, HR policies, self-service tools, employee relations, and performance management, while ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations;
• Audits and analyzes Center of Expertise (COE's);
• Analyzes HR scorecards to provide data-driven recommendations for improvements to HR programs to the Director of HR and to measure progress against goals;
• Oversee the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of HR processes to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and consistency in HR service delivery;
• Drive and complete HR Services projects as needed;
• Identifies and addresses potential HR risks and compliance issues;
• Ability to handle and maintain discretion and confidentiality in all areas pertaining to employee or company data and proprietary information;

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management or a related discipline;
• Minimum 8 years of professional HR services experience in a MNC environment, specifically in HR generalist and/or business partnering areas;
• Solid experience and knowledge in APAC HR practices and statutory requirement;
• Prior experience in HR Services and leading the teams;
• Proven record of driving and implementing people initiatives;
• Ability to manage difficult situation with tact and diplomacy, and multi-task in a fast-paced, matrixed environment;
• Excellent communications and demonstrated good project management and organizational skills;
• Business fluent language skills in English and ideally other languages of the region;
• Excellent stakeholder relationship management skills to drive effective service delivery and support business objectives;
• Excellent written and analytical skills;
• Result-oriented, Independent, and self-driven;
• Must be willing to base in Kulim High Tech Park, Kedah.
