Responsibilities
- Analyze issues raised from monitoring systems.
- Maintain system performance at optimal levels (below threshold).
- Investigate system issues and implement resolutions to reduce downtime.
- Optimize core processes to improve business performance and operational agility.
- Discover root causes of problems and identify appropriate solutions.
- Lead and drive the housekeeping plan, troubleshoot application performance issues, and manage new archiving activities.
- Improve systems with the addition of new features and infrastructure.
- Provide client support on system operation and troubleshooting.
- Be available to work during standby schedules in case of triggered issues.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, Telecommunication, or a related field.
- 5 to 7 years of IT work experience, including 3 or more years in system support within a .NET environment.
- Ability to analyze complex technical information.
- Ability to analyze business requirements and assess impact within existing database architecture.
- Experience in analyzing technical issues, planning, executing, and monitoring progress to achieve expected results.
- Experience in building software applications.
- Familiarity with Microsoft ASP.NET MVC, Web API, web services, SQL, and JavaScript.
- Strong problem-solving skills, along with oral and written communication skills.
- Thorough understanding of computer architecture, operating systems, and data structures.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment without being overwhelmed.
- Ability to transform requirements into design concepts and entity relationship diagrams (ERDs).
- Proficient in troubleshooting and debugging.
- Understanding of software engineering best practices.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Ability to write precise, detailed technical specifications and documentation.
- Experience with monitoring systems like Dynatrace and Splunk.
