RESPONSIBILITIES
• Selling of foundit (formerly Monster's) full product portfolio & services to corporate clients
• Creating customised proposals in-line with the prospect's hiring & employer branding needs
• Conduct effective demos, presentations & training sessions with clients of all levels, from end users to senior management.
• Ability to manage complex sales situations & acquire clients based on value-based selling.
• Handholding of clients through the entire sales & collections cycle
• Closely monitoring of competitor activities & assisting in counter strategies
Requirements
• Must be a graduate.
• Should have minimum 3 years of corporate field sales experience.
• Excellent written & communication skills in English. Ability to speak fluently in a local dialect is an added advantage.
• Internet savvy with basic knowledge of PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel, and Word.
• Must have strong interpersonal & networking skills and the zeal to make a career in sales!
• Should be a team player & driven by performance.
• Preferably from a Media, Solution Sales, Recruitment, Office Automation, IT, Consultancy, BFSI, Telecom or Dot Com background
