Position : Data Migration SME

We are seeking a highly experienced Migration SME with strong expertise in Telco Sales & Distribution platforms to lead end-to-end migration activities during the critical UAT and Cutover phase. The ideal candidate will combine deep understanding of business processes, data models, and platform architecture with hands-on skills in data mapping, transformation, and validation.

This is a customer-facing role requiring high maturity, technical leadership, and business process fluency to work closely with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders.

Must-Have Skills & Experience:

• 8–12 years of experience in data migration for large-scale Telco projects, especially in Sales & Distribution domains.
• Strong understanding of Telco processes such as channel hierarchy, stock movement, commissions, order-to-cash, etc.
• Proficient in understanding platform architecture, integrations, and data flow.
• Strong experience in data analysis, transformation, validation, and exception handling.
• Hands-on expertise in SQL, ETL tools, scripting, and working with large datasets.
• Demonstrated experience of working in UAT, cutover, and go-live scenarios.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
• Knowledge of data security, masking, GDPR considerations in data migration.
• Exposure to platforms like Comviva BSS, TCS, Ericsson, Amdocs, Huawei, etc
