Title: Customer Care Frontline
Duration: Permanent position
Location: PJ, Klang, Cheras, Kajang, Puchong, JB, Penang
Working days: 5 days working and 2 days off Working Schedule: Mon – Sat (8:30a.m – 6p.m) Sun (10a.m – 5p.m)
JOB DESCRIPTION:
1.Salesforce CRM System
a. Patient registration
b. Patient record data entry/update
c. Appointment booking/scheduling d. Check in/out patient
2.Salesforce POS System
a. Issuing of receipts
b. Stock updates/data-entry
c. Reporting updates/data-entry
3. Attend to patients' administrative needs/requests/follow-ups
4. Manage patient complaints.
5. Sales transactions ie. Cashier.
6. Daily settlement & reconciliation of sales.
7. Stock management - stationeries, drugs, office needs.
8. Filing system management - patient files & other general admin files.
9. Preparation of patient files for next day appointment.
10. Statistics and Reports.
11. Arrangement for dispatch/collection.
12. Liaise with suppliers/vendors/contractors.
13. Other general office administration.

Qualifications:-
• Able to speaks in Mandarin, English and BM
• Degree/Diploma in any discipline
