Job Purpose

This position reports to the Head of Transformation to assist him/her in defining the need of the organisation, solving challenges faced by the organization, delivering high impact projects and achieving KPIs that are critical in achieving the organisation's true north.

Key Accountabilities

  • To define, develop, proactively manage and deliver impactful projects that are critical for the organisation in achieving engineering and operational excellence; enhancing customer and employee experience; and improving financial sustainability through revenue growth, cost optimisation and productivity.
  • Work closely with business units and cross-functional teams to gain an in-depth understanding of their business processes, issues and needs;
  • Lead and facilitate company wide problem solving sessions, e.g. via design sprints, labs, and workshops.
  • Review business processes and conduct indepth data analysis to understand challenges, root causes, trends and predictions.
  • Support the Senior Management in devising, recommending and delivering short to medium-term strategic and/or tactical plans through key insights from analysis on KPI performance, progress of initiatives on the programme implementation tracker and feedback from key stakeholders.
  • Focus on helping Divisions execute business priorities and cross-functional initiatives by providing technical expertise from a transformation and change management perspective across the organisation.
  • Execute and provide support to the Project Managers from other Business Units and Divisions to ensure initiatives and program deliverables are aligned with the target set.
  • Recommend and follow through refinements to the organisation's Corporate Scorecard framework for continuous improvement and manage periodic monitoring, compiling, and reporting of results.
  • Manage and coordinate activities for the yearly strategic business planning cycle group-wide such as BOD Retreat, Senior Leadership Retreat, Business Plan Workshop, etc.
  • Perform other related duties/tasks assigned by Head of Department / Division.

Qualifications, Skills & Knowledge

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Engineering, Economics, or equivalent.
  • Minimum seven years working experience in Management Consulting, Transformation Office or similar field.
  • Extensive experience of formal Programme Management/Project Management/Strategy and Transformation.
  • Strong problem solving, critical thinking, business planning, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
