Job Responsibility
Responsible for reviewing products and materials during manufacturing to make sure they meet company requirements. Their duties include document control, measuring objects compared to their intended physical specifications, running quality tests and identifying defects.
Responsible for reviewing products and materials during manufacturing to make sure they meet company requirements. Their duties include document control, measuring objects compared to their intended physical specifications, running quality tests and identifying defects.
- Assist raw material on-line abnormal confirmation, abnormal material segregation, return to warehouse and ledger records;
- Assist in the inspection, judgment, and warehousing processing of non-bulk materials.ã;
- To the supplier's first delivery of materials, according to the drawings of the full-size inspection;
- Assist in evaluating the effect of improvement measures implemented by the supplier;
- Willing to travel frequently to the site of each supplier and sample inspection and supervision;
- Report sample inspection reports, manufacturing results, incoming material inspection, judgement, system warehousing and physical handling;
- Test instrument spot check, 5S implementation, IQC daily report update, inspection problem feedback and processing.
- Confirmation of the effect of raw material improvement measures, inspection data statistics, production line use of abnormalities.
- Monthly defective material return confirmation, weekly ledger records; benchmarking with suppliers' inspection equipment. Collect and record data as outlined in the process and quality control plan to ensure traceability and compliance.
- Collaborate closely with other departments and teams to support overall company and departmental objectives.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor, ensuring all duties are completed efficiently and in alignment with company standards.
- Qualification in SPM or above
- Have 1 year of experience in electronics/ electrical manufacturing field and experience in Quality Inspection.
- Capable to read and communication in basic English & Bahasa Malaysia.
- Willing to work on at least 8 hours , Standard shift pattern 5-2 (Day shift)
- Able to work in standing operations.
