1. Responsibilities
- To plan and manage team performance in order to achieve sales and collection target.
- To promote and recommend new products / agencies with strong penetration to trade.
- To provide good service and maintain customer relationship.
- To co-operate with product suppliers, manufacturers, and / or Principals.
- To evaluate and identify new potential channels / clients.
- To ensure staff comply with Company rules and regulations.
- To ensure all documents are submitted on time.
- To supervise and motivate staff in order to achieve Company goals and objectives.
- To take immediate corrective action when staff deviate from policies and procedures.
- To provide training to new recruits.
2. Qualification / Experience Requirement
- Diploma / Degree in Sales, Marketing or equivalent
- At least 5 years and above of working experience in FMCG industry
- Required languages : English, Bahasa Malaysia
- Good interpersonal sales and communication skills
- Good in leadership, training, coaching and motivation skills
- Good understanding of market trend
- Good in Excel / Presentation for business review to company and customer
