1. Responsibilities

  • To plan and manage team performance in order to achieve sales and collection target.

  • To promote and recommend new products / agencies with strong penetration to trade.

  • To provide good service and maintain customer relationship.

  • To co-operate with product suppliers, manufacturers, and / or Principals.

  • To evaluate and identify new potential channels / clients.

  • To ensure staff comply with Company rules and regulations.

  • To ensure all documents are submitted on time.

  • To supervise and motivate staff in order to achieve Company goals and objectives.

  • To take immediate corrective action when staff deviate from policies and procedures.

  • To provide training to new recruits.

2. Qualification / Experience Requirement

  • Diploma / Degree in Sales, Marketing or equivalent

  • At least 5 years and above of working experience in FMCG industry

  • Required languages : English, Bahasa Malaysia

  • Good interpersonal sales and communication skills

  • Good in leadership, training, coaching and motivation skills

  • Good understanding of market trend

  • Good in Excel / Presentation for business review to company and customer
